The Leys is a luxury contempory refurbishment of a 1900 Coach House and Main House comprising 24,000 sq feet with an M&E project value of £1.5 m
G&D Higgins Mechanical Services Ltd used our own in house team of M&E specialists to create this exceptional luxury house of 24,000 sq feet. Using the best M&E and sanitary materials available and fitted with consummate craftsman ship and obsessive attention to detail.
The building comprised in part :-
- An integrated lighting, audio and climate controls Guest suites
- 7 luxury ensuite bathrooms
- Marble flooring throughout
- Plant room
The Contract was £1.5 million and was managed by Ron Moysey Director G&D Higgins.
