At Youth level Ealing caters for players of all ability and currently have players representing Middlesex county at all age group levels and in particular they have large representation of girls in Middlesex squads, as well as players just being introduced to the game. Youth rugby at Ealing is a stepping stone to senior youth rugby and to that end David works closely with the senior youth coaching staff. Ealing ambition is to play an attractive, competitive brand of rugby that is enjoyed by players, coaches and parents, alike.

Ealing welcomes all new players to the Club.

David Higgins, Director of G&D Higgins Mechanical Services, was recently made a Vice President of Ealing Trailfinders for his contribution to Youth Rugby.

David and G&D Higgins supports rugby for children as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy because in David’s own words: –

I believe rugby is, quite simply, a superb game for children (yes, girls can play too), fostering a huge variety of physical, psychological and social skills. It’s rugby’s blend of elements that makes it so unique, as well as strength and endurance, you can develop speed and agility. It teaches discipline, sportsmanship and respect for others plus the ability to work as part of a team and to lead one.
