Time lapse construction and delivery of a new Energy Centre on the Copley Close site. The Energy Centre will initially deliver heating and hot water to 337 homes at phase 7, and is designed to support future connection to 201 new homes at phase 6 of the development. See the time lapse video here
London and Quadrant Housing Trust has now completed the tender evaluation process and is delighted to confirm that G & D Higgins Mechanical Services Ltd have been identified as one of the successful tenderers and have been awarded a place on the London and Quadrant Housing Trust - Multitrade Framework 2020-2024.

Can I please say thank you and well done to Adrian following a visit from our Field Quality Assessor Dave Glover on his recent Work In Progress visit with Adrian. In Dave’s words – “ This was probably the best WIP visit I have carried out to date, everything was as it should be with regards to Health & Safety, barriers, electrics locked off, engineers wearing gloves, uniform etc. The engineers were very knowledgeable and talked me through aspects of work I had not witnessed such as the gas tightness test”.
