As you will see in the email below Sarah Harcher, the Chair of Russell House Residents Association was extremely pleased with the work which was carried out last week when her hot water cylinder was replaced. Two men from the above co (G&D Higgins Mechanical Services Ltd) came and replaced my cylinder last Wednesday and were in my flat from 8 to 3 working hard.They did an excellent job and left my flat as if they had never been there.The next day the electrician came to finish off and he was excellent too.
It is so easy to complain when things go wrong so I hope you will be able to pass on to the Company how pleased I was with their work.
